By ordering our services, you agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Failure to do so may result in suspension and possibly termination of your service.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be made via our client area only. ExcelNode offers a seven day money back guarantee with all of it's services. For more information on our refund policy, please refer to our Refund Policy page.

If any client creates a subscription to pay for their services at ExcelNode, they are responsible to cancel it. ExcelNode is not liable to refund any charges for the same.

Service Payment

You agree to pay for the services you purchase from ExcelNode. All invoices are generated 10 days prior to due date. Failure to make payment in time may lead to suspension followed by termination of your service. ExcelNode reserves the right to terminate your service once your invoice is overdue.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via PayPal, Credit/Debit cards, WebMoney and PerfectMoney. If any dispute or chargeback is raised, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate all the services you hold with us.

Accounts

All orders placed via our billing portal undergo an automatic fraud check. Your service would be instantly provisioned upon receipt of payment however all orders are manually checked for fraud. If our automated system detects your order as suspicious, we may require you to submit a government issued ID to continued use of our services. Failure to comply in time may lead to suspension or termination of your services.

Data

ExcelNode recommends that clients take backup of their data and store in their local computers or storage servers. Clients are responsible for their own data. ExcelNode is not responsible for any data loss. ExcelNode shall not be liable for any data or content transmitted through it's network or stored in it's servers temporarily or permanently and for the actions of users.
