To enable TUN/TAP on your VPS, please login to our VPS control panel using the login details provided in the account setup e-mail.
Navigate to Service->Manage->Settings which can be found at the bottom of the page. Under TUN/TAP dropdown box, select "On" to enable TUN/TAP on your VPS and reboot your VPS.

To check if TUN/TAP is working correctly, enter this command over SSH:
# cat /dev/net/tun
cat: /dev/net/tun: File descriptor in bad state
If you receive the above output, TUN/TAP has been enabled on your VPS.
