To re-install your VPS OS, please login to our VPS control panel using the login details provided in the VPS setup e-mail.
Navigate to Service->Manage->Re-install. Choose your desired OS, click re-install and the OS re-installation should be completed in few minutes.
Please be noted that OS re-installation will remove ALL existing data from your VPS and a fresh OS will be installed. Any data lost in this process cannot be recovered.
